冀中能源石煤机公司成功研发增速式船载起重机

日前，一种全液压驱动，可通过绞车加装快速放绳功能的“增速式船载起重机”，在冀中能源石煤机公司研发成功，使得普通的船载起重机钢丝绳吊钩可在空载状态下自由下落，有效提高了作业效率，在立柱侧面加装的操作平台，保证了人员的作业安全。

据了解，船载起重机是配装在各类船舶上的一种辅助起重设备，通常安装在甲板上或货舱内，用于小型船艇、物资、设备的吊装运输。“常用的船载起重机多为卷扬机构，受卷扬马达转速的限制，钢丝绳吊钩起升和下落速度慢，影响作业效率，且操作装置缺少防护措施，作业安全性差。”石煤机公司产品研发人员说。

石煤机公司作为随车起重机和特种作业起重机专业研发生产企业，有着多年的机械设备设计制造经验，并且承担了国家“863”项目。 “这次研发的‘增速式船载起重机’，整机结构紧凑，实现了全液压驱动，动力源也由电机泵站直接提供，操作简单方便。”主研人员李晓瑞说。据他介绍，该机已被国家知识产权局授予实用新型专利。
