“石海洞天•洞藏原酒”评审会成功举行

10月31日上午，由上海国际酒业交易中心主办的的“石海洞天•洞藏原酒”评审会在成都许燎原艺术博物馆举行。

参与本次发售评审的专家组有曾祖训、胡永松、赖登燡、钟杰等全国著名白酒专家以及上海市酒类专卖管理局局长邓福顺、上海市酒类流通协会名誉会长卢荣华。

会上，评审专家在成都公证处公证人员的全程监督下，对四川泸州名豪酒业有限公司提供的“石海洞天•洞藏原酒”2坛样酒随机取样品评，并就酿造工艺、酒体口感等内容向酒企技术负责人现场进行提问，经过决议，一致同意“石海洞天•洞藏原酒”在上海国际酒业交易中心公开发售。

据了解，该产品所选择的藏酒地为恒温恒湿的天然溶洞，位于兴文石海洞天景区内，洞内全年的温度变动范围为15~22℃、湿度变动范围为88~95%，终年恒定，具备“冬暖夏凉”的微气候特点，较小的温差为原酒提供有利条件，兼顾陈年的速度和质量稳定。
