（二零一三年八月十九日，香港）中国汇源果汁集团有限公司（「汇源果汁」或「本公司」，连同其附属公司合称「本集团」）（股份编号：1886.HK）宣布，本公司已订立协议以人民币3.5亿元转让其附属公司— 成都市汇福置业有限公司（「成都公司」）之全部股权。此交易为继本集团于二零一三年六月出售上海汇源后的第二项交易，本集团透过继续优化资产，提高营运效率，力争达致更佳的资产结构。

本次交易完成后，并不会缩减本集团现有业务规模，不会对于四川省内及其周边销售市场产生任何不利影响，相反会提升集团于该区域内的整体竞争力。

谈及本次交易，汇源果汁主席朱新礼先生表示：「我们正对集团的生产网络进行策略性布局整合，从而提升竞争力、提高营运效率、减低营运成本，力争达致更佳的资产结构。四川对我们来说是一个具有战略意义的市场，此次调整将提升集团于该区域内的整体竞争力。该交易与本集团的策略一致，是我们坚决贯彻公司资产优化战略的重要一步，符合集团及股东的利益最大化。」
