冀中能源集团冀中能源股份公司葛泉矿不断加大投入，全力打造绿色生态化矿山。
该矿建设生态化矿区，首先从“绿”起步。他们从矿区绿化入手，先后购置洒水车、喷雾管路、喷枪等，对矿区各主要街道进行洒水降尘作业，使矿区环境得到了很大改善。在矿区中央修建了一个集亭台楼阁、假山等于一体的绿色生态园，并把绿化触角向矿区周边延伸，集中种植梧桐树、银杏树等树种，使矿区绿化覆盖面积达到了40%以上。同时，该矿减排从“煤”做起，节能从“水”开始，降耗以“电”为主。通过打造绿色生态化矿山，使矿区环境得到极大改善，职工幸福指数显著提升，先后荣获了“中华环境友好单位”等荣誉称号，企业发展活力得到进一步增强。
