芝麻香型酒对双沟酿酒人来说基本上是个全新“产物”。在投产的这一年里，通过全体员工的以身作则、戮力同心，芝麻香型车间在现场堆醅和窖泥管理上都成为双沟酒业的标杆，生产业绩上更是超出计划率1.21个百分点，交出一份满意答卷。

据悉，双沟酒业酿造历史悠久，是一座湿地上的酒厂。近来，双沟酿酒人更在二级酒升级转化试验中取得了圆满成功。为进一步规范酿酒生产，双沟酒业接连开展了酿酒共学习培训、师带徒学习模式，并阶段性组织多名学员学习精益六西格玛管理手段，还顺利通过了省安全生产标准化二级达标评审。今年选送的骨干人员更是实现了66.7%的中质协注册六西格玛黑带考试通过率，超全国平均水平35%。
