Congkak

一种室内，双人玩的游戏，深受女性所喜爱。游戏是在一个长形的木块上进行的，木上共有两排凹陷的洞，每排各有八个洞，位于末端的是最大的洞，叫着"家"。游戏的目的是赛看谁先将七颗弹珠把洞给填满，胜利有赖于计算的本领。

Sepak Manggis

这是一种户外游戏，由沙巴勇敢的 BAJAIJ 相 IRANUM 族男性所玩。游戏进行时，参与者在一个圆圈内面对着面，企图打击一串高高悬挂在十公尺高杆子上的花束，内有钱，手巾，食物以及锦旗。

藤球

藤球是马来西亚最受欢迎的一种运动。游戏进行时，参与的双方在一面球网两边把一粒藤球相互踢着。除了手以外，他们可以用身体各部分，包括脚跟，脚底，脚背，臀部，肩膀和头来踢球和顶球，尽可能不让球掉落地面。

马来武术

马来武术是马来民族用以自卫的一种武术。这种令人着迷的运动同时也是一种舞蹈 , 几百年来在马来群岛中一直广为流传。根据回教的教义 , 参与者能借着马来武术以提高自己灵性上的力量。一般在结婚 , 国家庆典或是武术竞赛中可以见到。

皮影戏

皮影戏是吉兰州一种传统的戏剧表演，每年五月尾于吉兰丹TUMPAT的风筝节期间于夜晚时举行。皮影戏的玩偶道具是利用水牛皮制造，而后撑在细细的竿上。演出时玩偶置放在布幕后，而灯光则从玩偶后方打在布幕上，形成所谓"皮影戏"。说故事者一边手操玩偶，一边配合着音乐叙述RAMAYANA的传说故事。整个戏剧是由一位说故事者，即TOK DALANG一人导演，有时甚至可以指挥多达45个玩偶。
