Poly Marquis Yacht Co. Ltd. (Poly Marquis Company) is a Joint Venture co-founded by Poly Technologies, Inc. (hereinafter called Poly) from China and J&D Acquisitions, LLC (hereinafter called J&D) from United States, which engages itself in the exclusive sales and distribution rights for the five yacht brands belonged to J&D throughout China (including Hong Kong and Macau), such as Marquis yachts and Carver yachts, etc., and also provides the auxiliary products and related after-sale service and training.
