安徽口子酒业两专家获评国字头大师称号

2015年初，中国食品工业协会白酒专业委员会在北京召开第二届中国白酒科学技术大会。会上，来自安徽口子酒业的张国强、徐钦祥分获中国白酒大师、中国白酒工艺大师称号。

本次大会由中国食品工业协会白酒专业委员会秘书长马勇主持，著名白酒专家沈怡方、江南大学副校长徐岩、中国食品发酵工业研究院程劲先后做了专题报告。会上对近十年来白酒行业的63项优秀科技成果，以及获得中国白酒大师、中国白酒工艺大师、中国评酒大师等称号的优秀白酒科技工作者进行了表彰。安徽口子酒业股份有限公司在科技创新方面的成绩获得了中国白酒科学技术大会的认可，科研项目和优秀白酒人才获得了专家们的肯定。

口子酒业积极实施人才战略，建立了长期的人才培养机制，培养和储备了一支大师领衔、梯次配置的技术队伍。其中国家级白酒评委5人，省级白酒评委16人，公司拥有省级技术中心、博士后科研工作站。本次获评的张国强、徐钦祥均为国家白酒评委，其中张国强于2006年获评首届中国酿酒大师，2014年获评中国首席白酒品酒师。
