华为昨日宣布，携手全球主流运营商KPN国际建成全球首个泛欧400G实验网，这标志着比现有光纤（100G）更快的网络技术已走出实验室，进入试运行阶段。

该实验网成功将400G信号从荷兰阿姆斯特丹，传送到德国杜塞，且系统能力还留有很大余地。值得一提的是，这条网络线路是欧洲跨国通信网络干线中，业务量最大的线路之一。

目前全球正处于光纤（100G）技术加快规模商用的过程中，400G的进展备受业界关注。今年以来，华为陆续发布一系列科研成果，包括第一台百亿兆全光交换样机PPXC、业界频谱效率最高的波分样机等，并获得著名行业机构IIR颁发的下一代光技术大奖，成为全球唯一获得“最佳光传送网产品”称号的厂商。

今年以来，华为在100G技术领域捷报频传，其解决方案现已覆盖全球逾55000公里的网络线路，获得逾25个100G商用网络。据权威咨询公司Ovum统计，截至今年一季度，华为在全球光网络、WDM/OTN、100G和40G三大市场均排名第一。
