陶二电厂“点菜式”培训职工

今年以来，冀中能源邯矿集团陶二电厂推行“点菜式”培训，通过意见征集，让职工自己定培训“菜谱”，增强了职工培训的针对性和可操作性。
该厂围绕“培训哪些岗位、培训哪些内容、采取何种培训形式”等问题，让职工结合自身参与培训计划的制定。按照职工建议，该厂确立了“学历较高、经验丰富、技术过硬”、层次不一的兼职教师近20名，定期对职工进行培训。在培训方式上，推出了“点菜培训”、“流动课堂”、外出观摩、多媒体教学等新颖教学形式，学用结合、效果突出，深受职工的青睐。截至今年8月，该厂已集中开展各类培训10次，培训职工1500人次，培训合格率达到100%。
