江苏洋河酒厂股份有限公司8月22日发布2012年半年度报告称，公司上半年实现营业总收入93.09亿元，比上年同期增长50.85%；归属于上市公司股东净利润31.73亿元，比上年同期增长74.98%；基本每股收益2.94元。
公告显示，在报告期内，洋河股份募投项目、名优酒酿造技改二期工程、三万吨名优酒酿造技改工程、双沟酒业园区包装物流项目、名优酒酿造技改三期工程等项目建设稳步推进并逐渐投产，公司的生产条件、生产规模、研发能力得到明显的改善和提升。上半年公司中高档酒实现营收85.85亿元，同比增长56.91%，毛利率为67.54%；普通酒营收6.32亿元，同比减少1.30%，毛利率为-10.31%。
