除了贷款，银行也开始为小微企业提供“智囊团”服务，为它们的发展出谋划策。近日，记者从华夏银行重庆分行获悉，华夏银行举办了“2013华夏之星前进计划”小企业调研座谈会，邀请了众多小微企业主，倾听了他们企业目前遇到的困难并从企业组织管理、制度体系、流程体系、人力资源管理、经营绩效管理、目标与计划管理、战略管理等多个方面给出了合理建议。
记者了解到，2013“华夏之星”活动主要围绕“互联网时代小企业的经营管理转型”展开，由知名企业家、商学院教授组成导师团，通过大讲堂、智囊团等方式多维度互动帮助小企业答疑解惑，将有近千名小企业主从中受惠。
