截至12月2日，太平洋保险承保的在11.22青岛油管爆燃事故中受损车辆已全部理赔完毕，赔款均已支付到客户账户中。

11月25日现场解禁后，太平洋保险理赔人员立即进入现场，通过3G移动视频查勘设备展开查勘，在24小时内初步完成了定损工作。截至12月2日下午2时，太平洋保险已对本次事故的19辆承保车辆全部理赔完毕，赔付总额40.5万多元。
