简单来说，年化收益率是指把产品的收益率转算成年收益率来计算，年化收益率是一种理论收益率，并不是真正的已取得的收益率。例如，有的产品到期时的实际回报率为8%，是两年期的产品，那么这个回报率是指两年的到期总收益率为8%，如果按照单利来计，实际的每年年收益率要除以2，这样年化收益率其实只有4%。
