法国央行正在准备与中国央行建立货币互换关系。

昨日，有媒体报道称，法国央行行长诺亚表示，法国央行一直在探寻于欧元区设立人民币流动性安全网的途径，考虑与中国央行就货币互换达成协议是顺理成章的事情。

目前巴黎的人民币存款总计100亿元(合16.1亿美元)，使巴黎成为继伦敦之后欧洲第二大人民币储蓄地。

此前英国央行英格兰银行发表声明称，将与中国人民银行尽快签署三年期人民币－英镑互换协议，目前双方正在积极就此进行谈判。

有分析认为，这反映出英国决策者将伦敦发展成为主要人民币离岸中心的愿望；同时在来自纽约和法兰克福等城市的竞争加剧之际，此举可以强化伦敦的金融中心地位。去年4月18日，伦敦金融城离岸人民币业务中心计划正式启动，其目标是把伦敦打造成为人民币业务的“西方中心”，从而扩大人民币在国际贸易和投资中的使用。
