什么是葡萄酒？

葡萄酒是用葡萄汁发酵形成的含酒精饮料。

按照国际葡萄酒组织的规定，葡萄酒只能是破碎或未破碎的新鲜葡萄果实或汁完全或部分酒精发酵后获得的饮料，其酒精度数不能低于8.5°；按照 我国最新的葡萄酒标准GB15037-2006规定，葡萄酒是以鲜葡萄或葡萄汁为原料，经全部或部分发酵酿制而成的，酒精度不低于7.0%的酒精饮品。通 常分红葡萄酒和白葡萄酒两种，前者是红葡萄带皮浸渍发酵而成，后者是葡萄汁发酵而成的。
