自己动手丰衣足食，大伙们上啊，亲自取出玉米罐头里的玉米里放入深的耐热容器中，玉米粒也可以选择超市中常见的冷冻玉米粒煮熟即可。

将玉米粒，牛奶和适量糖一起放入松下料理搅拌机中，选择2档搅拌30秒。
