2016年春节来临，春节的习俗很多？但不同地区的春节习俗是不一样的。除了大家最为熟悉的采办年货、守岁等习俗外，不少地方还有自己独有的春节文化。今天就让我们来盘点一下安徽各地的春节习俗，因为篇幅有限，因此仅选取了较有代表性的！

宣城绩溪：“十碗八”讲究多

皖南的绩溪是“徽菜之乡”，当地传统年夜饭称为“十碗八”，即十个热菜、八个冷碟。每道菜都有特别寓意，讲究也非常多。 “十碗”中第一道上的必须是鸡，而且是清炖整鸡，鸡头要对着家长，寓意大吉大利。最后一道上红烧鱼，也要是整鱼，寓意年年有余。

此外必不可少的菜还有豆腐丸子，里面要配一点青菜。圆子寓意团圆，颜色上是青青(清清)白白，过去徽州男人过年之后要出去做生意，所以特别注重做人清白。在绩溪，年初一上午拜年后，中午吃的都是面条，一碗长寿面加两鸡蛋，如今家家户户也基本这样。
