俄罗斯规定行驶必须开车灯

迹忆地球环球之旅车队在俄罗斯停留的时间约有半个月，队员们观察发现了一个怪异的现象：在俄罗斯全境，不论白天还是黑夜，所有的行驶车辆都开着车头灯。原来在纬度高的俄罗斯，虽然夏天日照很长，但冬天却仅有四个小时见得到日光。为了减少车祸，俄方规定，行驶必须打开车灯，培养国民开车灯的习惯。

但奇怪的是，在当地时间下午两点半，道路两侧的路灯竟一下子全亮了！显然，这样是非常浪费电的。可见，俄罗斯的城市建设还不够智能呀。
