[导读]12月18日，"国酒茅台2012年度全国经销商联谊会"在济南召开。会议主题是"以八个营销为统领，凝心聚力，攻艰克难，开创国酒茅台营销工作新局面"。据茅台经销商大会透露，茅台集团销售网络日益完善，现已在全国建立了32家自营公司，拥有2041家客户。

12月18日，"国酒茅台2012年度全国经销商联谊会"在济南召开。会议主题是"以八个营销为统领，凝心聚力，攻艰克难，开创国酒茅台营销工作新局面"。据茅台经销商大会透露，茅台集团销售网络日益完善，现已在全国建立了32家自营公司，拥有2041家客户。

贵州茅台集团董事长袁仁国在会上强调，要在建好营销网络中来夯实市场基础。自营店要自主深耕细作市场，不能与经销商PK，不能挖经销商"墙角"。要加强自营店的管理，实现规范管理和标准化管理。要在巩固专卖店达标工程中来夯实市场基础。

袁仁国还提出，要在提升信息化水平中来夯实市场基础。要建立完善食品安全信息化保障体系，所有专卖店都要投入视频监控系统的使用，加大对专卖店的监控，尽快推进RFID无线射频技术向生产、管理、物流、库管、防伪等领域的应用，强化GPRS车辆监控系统功能，加强市场管控，确保物流安全。同时，引导经销商严格自律、遵守商业道德、依法诚信经营，深入树立以市场和顾客为中心的思想。要在"争先创优"中来夯实市场基础。
