海尔宣布向雅安地震灾区捐款1000万元

4月20日，四川雅安芦山发生7.0级地震以来，海尔集团一直密切关注灾情发展，对遇难的灾区群众及救援人员表达深切的悼念。

在获悉地震消息后，海尔集团及旗下两家上市公司高度重视，宣布共同向灾区捐款1000万元，用于采购救灾物资，开展灾后重建，关注灾区人民心理恢复，全力帮助灾区人民早日重建家园。

此次捐款中的400万元资金，分别来自于海尔集团旗下两家上市公司青岛海尔股份有限公司（600690.SH）和海尔电器集团有限公司（01169.HK）。灾情发生后，两家上市公司根据各自公司事先确定的关于应急机制的公司章程、议事规程，迅速启动应急机制，各自出资200万元。
