运动员成绩：获得过100米自由泳、100米仰泳、200米仰泳全国青少年冠军，亚运会亚军。曾多次打破全国纪录　　

1982.7 - 现在为国家游泳队教练　　

执教成绩：培养出世界冠军、奥运会亚军、第三名获得者多名运动员　　

工作简历：　　

1974 - 1978 在国家游泳队任国家体委团委委员、训练局团委委员及游泳队团支部书记　　

他的运动员和教练员生涯都在国家队度过，长达30余年。

2001—2009年，曾担任中国游泳队副总教练一职8年。
