为有效缩短客户进入营业厅后办理业务的等候时长，天津联通汉沽营业厅加强客户进厅后的咨询分流工作，安排专人负责主动引导客户，营业厅为排队等待办理的客户发放业务宣传手册，主动向客户宣传联通最新的优惠活动，让客户选择更适合自己的产品。而且,在业务高峰期增设综合业务受理台席，利用自助终端等智能设施为客户进行业务查询、缴费及简单的业务办理。减少了前台的排队等候客户量，大大节省了客户的时间。
现此措施已大大的缩短了营业厅的平均等候时长，并获得了客户的认可和好评!
