2013年1月15日，北京东方信联科技有限公司被北京市石景山工商联合会授予光彩事业公益之星的荣誉称号。

多年来，东方信联始终自觉履行社会责任，将公益事业视为己任。2012年北京7.21特大暴雨自然灾害发生后，东方信联积极响应石景山区委政府号召，向红十字会捐款10万元；2012年9月，为青海可可西里国家级自然保护区捐助总价值6万余元的通信设备，为可可西里所有的自然保护站提供了基本的通信保障。近几年来，东方信联为慈善救灾、公益活动捐款捐物累计投入已达数百万元。

对于此次获光彩事业公益之星的荣誉称号，韩大庆表示是石景山区工商联对东方信联长期坚持参与光彩公益事业充分的肯定与表彰。东方信联将再接再厉，不负厚望，在公益慈善之路上坚定地走下去。同时，他还倡导广大企业家同仁能够以实际行动积极回馈社会，坚持义利兼顾，以义为先的理念，加强企业物质文明和精神文明的双重建设，积极参与光彩事业及其他社会公益事业，推动社会主义科学技术及经济的长远发展。
