COZFX：英国房价上涨

上周五的时候，英镑兑美元下跌了0.32%，收于1.5344的水平。在亚洲时段，货币对交易在1.5321，上周五收盘时英镑汇率则下跌了0.15%。

据英国的经济新闻报道，2月份的建筑业产出按年度下降7.0%，1月份则是下降5.5%。与此同时，会议局（CB）的领先经济指数于2月份则上涨0.4%。

而在今天上午，Rightmove的报道亦指出，英国4月份的平均房价高涨2.1%，比3月份的1.7%升幅来得更高。

在技术分析方面，COZFX策略分析师奈杰尔·波因顿（Nigel.Poynton）预计，英镑兑美元将首先在1.5283找到支撑，而跌穿后的下一个支撑约会在1.5244。与此同时，货币对有望于1.5386遇到第一个阻力，突破以后的下一个阻力则会在1.5450。

奈杰尔·波因顿亦认为，英镑兑美元短期内的走势，仍是局限在20小时和50小时平均线下方。
