顾名思义，预期收益率是银行对于某款理财产品在投资期结束后收益的预计；实际收益率则是投资期满后投资者实际能获得的收益。

理财产品实际收益率的计算分为两种形式：对于一次性公布收益率的产品来说，银行会在产品到期后，公布该产品的收益率，扣除申购费用、管理费用等费用（若有）后即为投资者的实际收益。

分多期公布收益率的产品一般设定了几个观察日并有几个对应的收益率。这类产品的实际收益率的计算会参照产品在各个阶段的收益率，并按照原来规定的方法计算出实际收益。

预期收益率并不一定等于实际收益率，投资者需自行承担当投资期满产品未达到预期收益的风险。
