浦发信用卡推行容差还款服务提升客户用卡体验

近期，针对因少还零头而产生全额罚息的消息，记者从浦发银行信用卡中心了解到，浦发信用卡于多年前就推行“容差还款”服务，即当持卡人没有全额还款时，对未还款部分在10元人民币或是1美元以下的，银行视客户当月全额还款，不向客户收取利息和滞纳金，欠下的小额零头会自动滚入下期账单中。该服务将有效避免持卡人因小额欠款产生全额计息的情况。

浦发银行一直以客户中心，通过多年的提升优化，致力于为客户提供更为人性化的还款服务。不仅在市场上较早推行了“容差还款”服务，而且还同时为持卡人提供免费的账单短信提醒服务、人性化的还款宽限期服务，增强还款灵活性，提升客户用卡感受。
