二零一三年九月七日，上海– 在今晚举行的中国最佳葡萄酒酒单大奖赛颁奖晚会上，澳大利亚葡萄酒酒单大奖赛主办方，中国最佳葡萄酒酒单大赛创办方Tucker Seabrook公司与中国互联网葡萄酒媒体领导者——酒斛网，共同宣布即将成立一个合资企业。这家即将成立的合资企业将负责2014年中国葡萄酒酒单大奖赛的筹办工作。

酒斛网成立于2004年，在过去的九年内，酒斛网逐步发展成为了中国领先的葡萄酒互联网媒体，自2003年以来，酒斛网成功开拓了下列的多媒体/社交媒体平台：

- 酒斛网www.vinehoo.com;

- 微信公众号“葡萄酒”;

- 新浪微博

- 微醺云酒窖IOS应用。

为了继续这项国际赛事的优良传统，合资公司将在未来的一年继续致力于：

- 发掘并评选中国最佳葡萄酒酒单;

在筹办大赛的众多任务中，酒斛网将着重于：
