“养生奶奶 ”乐当城市“药农”

见过在家里种花种菜的，但在家里种药材的城市居民，你恐怕没见过吧？莲怡社区的陈芝晃阿姨就是一个城市 “药农”，从9年前开始，她家的露台上，常年种着10多种药材，除了自己用以外，还送给邻居和跟她学太极拳的学生治病，成了小区有名的“养生奶奶”。

陈阿姨今年71岁，杭州人，她喜欢养生并在家里种药材，跟她43年前得的一场病有关，“那年我刚生完小女儿58天，碰上大暴雨，作为党员的我参加了抗洪，在水里一泡就是13个小时……没多久，关节出毛病了，右肩有些不适，右腿走路也一瘸一拐的”。为了治这个病，她从那以后除了练太极拳以外，还迷上了养生——— 读了许多中医方面的书。

1994年，她移居厦门，跟在厦门工作的小女儿一起住，由于太极拳打得很好，陈阿姨成了颇受欢迎的教练，她先后在中山公园、文化艺术中心和莲怡社区办了三个班，免费教太极拳，学生有300来人。在教学过程中，她自己或者学员有时候难免会得个感冒发烧等小病，“要是家里准备一些中草药，那多方便啊”！她想。

2002年，女儿在莲怡社区买了一套房子，让她高兴的是，房子旁边有一个几十平方米的露台可以用，这让她的城市“药农”梦有了实现的舞台，“我常年种着10多种药材，有降火用的金银花、治咳嗽用的枇杷、治疗感冒发热的明目叶……女儿笑我要在家里开‘药房’啦……”

自从当上“药农”后，陈芝晃的生活更充实了，每天早上6点起床，给药材浇水施肥，9年下来，不仅她从没住过院，身体比20年前还利索，“家里200多平方米的清洁工作，10来口人的饭菜，全是我一人搞定，另外，我还代表厦门，去青岛和南宁参加过好几次太极拳比赛呢……”
