安徽籍车辆进京要办通行证 进京高速和国道可办

记者从安徽省公安厅获悉，从昨天凌晨零时起至11月18日24时，安徽籍车辆进入北京必须要办通行证。根据北京交管部门的临时交通管理措施，除“绿色通道”车辆和邮政专用货车外，外省、区、市载货汽车禁止在北京市五环路以内道路行驶;外省、区、市载客汽车需进入五环路以内道路行驶的，须持进京客车通行证件，证件有效期为3天。

记者从省公安厅了解到，外省机动车办理进京通行证必须带齐驾驶员身份证、驾驶员机动车驾驶证、机动车行驶证、机动车年检合格标志、机动车环保合格标志及环保合格证、机动车交通事故责任强制保险单及机动车交通事故责任强制保险标志，外地进京车辆的驾驶人可以在进入北京各条高速公路和国道上的进京通行证办理机构申请办理。

据悉，“绿色通道”车辆和邮政专用货车也须持有效的驾驶证、行驶证、车辆检验合格标志、交通强制保险凭证、环保标志或经环保部门现场检测车辆尾气合格办理进京货运通行证件，并在每天零时至6时才能进入五环路以内道路行驶。

此外，临时交通管制期间，除非持有北京市安全生产监督管理部门和北京市运输管理部门核准，北京市公安交通管理部门核发的通行证件，否则，外省、区、市剧毒化学品、危险化学品运输车辆一律禁止在北京市行政区域内道路行驶。
