新华网联合国9月22日电中国外交部长王毅22日在纽约联合国总部会见联合国秘书长潘基文，就联合国千年发展目标和2015年后发展议程问题阐述中方主张。

王毅说，今年联大的主题是发展问题，这对世界各国特别是发展中国家尤为重要。中方希望各方围绕加速落实千年发展目标、制定2015年后发展议程路线图等进行深入讨论，形成国际社会共识。中方主张推进可持续发展应着眼于消除贫困和促进发展，本着“共同但有区别的责任”原则，注重平衡经济、社会、环境三大支柱。中国正积极调整经济结构，加快转变发展方式，坚定不移走低碳、绿色、环保和循环经济之路。中国的可持续发展首先造福于13亿中国人民，同时也符合全球发展的潮流与方向。
