历时几年的探索后，房地产信托投资基金(REITs)终于有了实质性的突破。昨日在广州举行的 “中国地产金融年会2010华南峰会”上，中房协副会长兼秘书长朱中一向记者透露，目前在天津试点的REITs支持保障性住房建设的方案已由央行上报国务院。一旦批准，中房协将联合住建部在全国推广天津模式。

为拓展房地产行业的融资渠道，2008年12月4日，国务院常务会议研究确定了九条金融促进经济发展的政策措施，其中，房地产信托投资基金作为创新融资方式的性质得到明确。随后提出在北京、上海、天津三地进行试点。
