华夏幸福上半年销售额超240亿元增速跑赢行业

7月14日晚间，华夏幸福基业股份有限公司（600340.SH）发布了其2014年4-6月经营情况简报。2014年4-6月，华夏幸福实现销售额133.07亿元，相比去年同期增长49.06%。

简报显示，2014年4-6月，产业新城开发建设实现销售额115.37亿元，其中，园区结算回款额22.16亿元,产业园区配套住宅签约销售额93.21亿元。城市地产及其他业务实现销售额17.70亿元，其中城市地产签约销售额（主要为廊坊市区）15.28亿元，其他业务（物业、酒店）2.42亿元。

至此，华夏幸福2014 年1-6月销售额共完成242.13亿元，比2013年同期增长52.20%，增速居行业前列，销售额及销售面积的行业排名进一步提升。

“2014年全年，华夏幸福整体销售额预计将完成500亿元。”有业内人士分析认为，华夏幸福1-6月销售额超240亿元，占500亿元的48%，显著高于同期行业前30强的平均销售计划完成率。随着下半年加大推盘量和提高销售力度，预计超额完成全年500亿元销售额属于大概率事件。

华夏幸福是国内领先的产业新城运营商，公司坚持“以产兴城、以城带产、产城融合、城乡一体”的理念，确立了以产业新城为核心产品的业务模式。截至目前，公司投资运营的产业新城主要布局于环渤海区域和长三角区域，事业版图遍布北京、河北、天津、辽宁、江苏、浙江等地，辐射全国近20个区域。
